Video: Former NYBD Officers Have a Message Written the Sky for Mayor De Blasio

Former NYPD officers pulled their money together to send a message written in the sky for Mayor De Blasio. In light of the current execution style murders of two NYPD officers, many are calling for the resignation of Mayor De Blasio over his anti-police rhetoric and lack of support for the NYPD. Without the support of many New York City citizens and the NYPD there is no way to restore their faith in the Mayor and making it difficult for De Blasio to successfully finish the remainder of his term.

Health Benefits of Green Tea with Honey and Dried Tart Cherries

I thought I would take a break from politics for a moment to share two of my favorite things. Green tea with honey and dried cherries as a snack. As I get older, I love reading about the health benefits of particular foods. I am always looking for natural ways to cure health problems and healthy eating to prevent other issues adults are faced with as they age. I was intrigued to find out all the health benefits of my two favorite things.

I recently started adding honey to my green tea, because of hearing from my father that by consuming a little bit of the local honey daily to your diet will help with your allergies. Well, after about two weeks, I no longer need allergy pills. One less man made chemical added to my body is always better. So, I started reading up on the health benefits of drinking green tea and honey to see what the health benefits were. I found out some very interesting information about the health benefits of green tea and honey.

Green tea with honey together is a powerful slimming tool to fighting the common cold. Raw honey helps boost the metabolism and helps attack our stored fat deposits. The green tea will rejuvenate you and help reduce stress. Green tea also helps improve the brains reaction time as well as memory. Adding green tea to your daily diet, not only rejuvenate you, it also helps prevent cancer and reduce tumors. It is also proven green tea with honey can also improve dental health by reducing bacteria in your mouth. It also reduces osteoporosis, by improving bone health. So, drink up and enjoy.

Now, onto the dried cherries. Scientists have proven dried tart cherries are a super food. There are numerous help benefits, specifically tart cherries from a cure for insomnia to burning belly fat. There are so many health benefits to dried cherries. Such as,

  • Reduces cholesterol
  • Reduces triglycerides
  • Inflammation linked with heart disease and diabetes
  • Cut your chances of getting gout
  • Combat post workout soreness
  • Inflammation
  • Natural Osteoarthritis reliever
  • Naturally increases melatonin and helps with insomnia.
Gradual changes in your diet can help the number of health issues you may experience. Whether young or aging, simple diet changes will help you get you one step closer to maintaining a healthy lifestyle and better health.

Brave Woman Speaks On Obama, De Blasio and Al Sharpton on Killing Cops

God Bless this brave woman and her family for sharing her thoughts on Obama, De Blasio and Al Sharpton even after receiving death threats. She hits the nail on the head when she speaks on the problems with today's youth. It is not only a problem with the African American Youth in the ghettos of America, it is a problem with the American youth in general. Today's youth have a lack of respect and accountability. The thugs do not represent the African American community. Strong men and women, like the woman in the video represent the African American community. My prayers are with her and her family.

Activists Groups in NYC Push Forward

Activists groups in NYC have rejected the plea to back off on demonstrations, regardless of the recent deaths of 2 NYPD officers. Mayor Bill de Blasio calls out to the protesters saying,

"We are in a very difficult moment. Our focus has to be on these families," de Blasio said Monday at police headquarters. "I think it's a time for everyone to put aside political debates, put aside protests, put aside all of the things that we will talk about in all due time."

The frustrations among the public are beginning to build with tensions rising over the protesters lack of respect for the families of the 2 fallen police officers. The protesters are going to keep pushing until there is an explosion among the races. Al Sharpton is playing the protesters like a fiddle. They are calling for justice and compassion. Where is the justice and compassion in what they are doing? In my opinion, the protesters are asking for special treatment rather than justice. They appear to be basing their protests on a lack of information, rather than the pure and simple facts. They fuel their furry on false information and allowing Al Sharpton and other race baiters pull their strings like puppets.

The protesters are only trying to divide the races rather than unite the races. They are making themselves the victims and could careless about the people who get injured or killed in the cross fire. These protests are based on two common career criminals who were caught committing a crime, some how making their lives more valuable than those of the innocent victims caught in the cross fire of their ignorance.

It is time to stop playing the victims and asking or special treatment and take a lead in their own future as so many have done in the past.

Ismaaiyl Brinsley and the Murder of Two NYPD Officers Is A Huge Dent In Race Relations

Ismaaiyl Brinsley, this is who protesters are praising. A man who has been arrested 19 times. A man, his own mother feared. That is one of the many problems people in society who support the killings and beatings of innocent people bring to the victims of hate crimes. All the scum from the trenches rise up looking to be a hero. Ignorant people blame it on the police and say "oh well, they brought it on themselves." How is what they are doing any better than what they are accusing the police of doing? Is it really okay to murder innocent people? How would you feel if one of these men killed was your brother, father, son or husband? Whatever happened to innocent to proven guilty?

Michael Brown was a guilty thug who was running from committing a robbery, he fought a police officer to keep from getting arrested and simply because Michael Brown is African American people are saying the police officer had no right to protect his life. Michael Brown committed a crime then society destroyed the life and career of a police officer. Then ignorant protesters who really don't even care about the life of Michael Brown or the majority of them are stirring up trouble getting innocent people killed.

How is the racist acts they are calling the community to commit any different than what they are protesting against. They aren't , they are far worse. The racist acts they are calling out for people to commit are premeditated  murder. They are senseless acts of violence against innocent people that had nothing to do with the Michael Brown or Eric Garner case. Yes, black lives matter too. But, why do they matter more than white lives. Why should innocent people go to jail for defending themselves against ruthless criminals. Put yourself in the shoes of the police officer, if you had someone trying to injure or kill you, would you defend yourself? All of the protesting is supposed to be for equality, when really it is for special treatment. They are asking for criminals to be released or police officers to give up their lives just because of the race of the criminal.

Racism is only going to get worse when white people are being killed or beaten for simply being white. Isn't that racism too? Yes, it is. The white race also experience racism and right now far worse than those who are crying racism. Nobody is going around committing violent crimes against African Americans simply based on the color of their skin. However, it is happening to the white race.

People can not simply expect the white race to lay down and die just because, somebody says so. It's called empathy. In order to expect compassion and empathy, you must give compassion and empathy. All the protesting and senseless acts of violence are only taking race relations back to the 1960's, where there were serious race problems. Everything everyone has worked to build to bring equality is only dividing the races. Things are going to get far worse from here. Groups like the KKK are only going to get stronger and people are going to fight back.

People like Al Sharpton are only using people like puppets to make him famous and wealthy. He is playing off the African American race as though they have no intelligence to make their own choices or to know the difference between  right or wrong. Then you end up with people like Ismaail Brinsley, who are criminals committing crimes against innocent people and making the entire African American race look bad, especially when the stand up and praise these criminals and the senseless acts of violence they commit against innocent people. I would not want someone like this represent any race. Senseless acts of violence is not going to solve the problem, it is only to throw fuel on to the race relations problem which has now been created.

Far more African American crimes are committed against people of their own race than there are white on black crimes or those who claim police officers are committing crimes against the African American race. African Americans wouldn't want everyone to think the entire race is just like Ismaaiyl Brinsley. Therefore, don't lump everyone else their race. It's called racism!

Celebrate the true heroes of the African American race. Celebrate the Harriet Tubman's of the world. Celebrate the everyday African American who works hard to build a life for themselves and their families. These are the real heroes of the African American race.

Killing innocent police officers who are there to protect your children and your families against the real criminals is only going to hurt more innocent people.

The Al Sharptons and Ismaaily Brinsleys of the world are only a disgrace to the African American race, because they only bring shame to the African American race.

Sea of Blue Ribbon Campaign II

December 20- December 31st

Show your support for your local law enforcement. tie a blue ribbon on your house, around a tree or even on your car.

Every 58 hours an officer dies in the line of duty. 71 officers died in the 911 attack. Police officers put their very lives on the line every day, making split second decisions. As wives, sisters, mothers and daughters of the men and women in blue, our campaign seeks only to say "We love you, we support you and please come home safely". On Saturday, December 20th, we are asking everyone that is a member of the force, a family member of the force, is the friend of a police officer, or has simply been helped at one time or another by a police officer to display a blue ribbon. Put it on your mailbox, deck rail, tree, etc. Many will be working on Christmas eve and Christmas Day, missing special moments with their children. They will be there for you when called. Please show our officers in blue how much we RESPECT and APPRECIATE their service and sacrifice.

Racism in America

According to PolitiFact and the U.S. Bureau of Justice Statistics 93% of black crimes were committed by people of their own race. It is more rare for a African American to be killed by a police officer than by another African American.

In 1860, William Ellison was South Carolina's largest slave owners. Ellison was formally a slave and purchased land to start a cotton farm. Ellison was also guilty of slave breeding. Ellison felt the women slaves were little use to the farm and decided to breed and sell slaves.  Many of Ellison's slaves either ran away or attempted to run away due to his poor treatment. Slavery was wrong period, regardless of who did the enslaving.

What is also left out of the great slave debate that is used to add fuel to the fire of racism in America is Africa sold their citizens into the life of slavery. Indentured servants were white. Most of the indentured servants were paid very little and often died before paying off their debt. Therefore, slavery is a crime also committed against white Americans.

The recent death of Michael Brown has ignited a fire in the United States. Michael Brown was not an innocent victim. Why is an innocent person supposed to go to jail or just lay down and die, because he is white and the criminal is black. When a black police officer killed Dillon Taylor, a white criminal in Utah there was no protesting saying it was police violence. It was proven that Michael Brown punched the police officer and tried to take his gun. No matter who is standing there, if someone tries to kill you, you will defend yourself. Most the people protesting in Ferguson were not protesting because they cared about the life of Michael Brown, they saw it as an opportunity to commit crimes and get away with it. How does violence against innocent people justify the death of Michael Brown. Committing crimes against Non-African American citizens is not going to justify the death of Michael Brown? The people who race crimes are committed against are people who have nothing to do with the case of Michael Brown or are even racist. These crimes are not being committed against the KKK, they are being committed against innocent people. Violence only breeds violence.

Instead of protesting about the case of Michael Brown, protest and do something to change black on black crime.

Committing violent crimes against another race is racism regardless the race of the victim. The African American community should be against race motivated violent crimes. Racism breeds racism and will only divide the races.

IRS Tax Document Controversy

Feds are refusing to release thousands of documents private IRS tax documents they shared with the White House. A non-profit IRS watch dog group called Cause of Action are suing the IRS for the information. The White House has violated our privacy rights to squeeze political oppositions before an election.

Cause of Action filed a Freedom of Information Act against the IRS in 2012 asking the IRS turn over any private information related to the correspondence between the IRS and the White House about the requests on businesses and individuals. When the suit was filed, the IRS claimed they could not release the documents based on the restraints of the Internal Revenue code. However, a judge ruled the IRS must comply with the FOIA  request.

On Tuesday the TIGTA (Treasury Inspector of General Tax Information) wrote a letter to the Cause of Action Group, saying it can not release  of the 2.043 tax documents to the group due to it violates the tax code.

“These pages consist of return information protected by 26 U.S.C. § 6103 and may not be disclosed absent an express statutory exception,” the letter said. “Because no such exception exists here, we are withholding those.”

By sending the letter to the Cause of Action Group, the TIGTA is essentially admitting the documents do in fact exist and the White House broken our privacy rights by requesting and receiving private tax information about businesses and individuals.

Dan Epstein, a spokesman for the Cause of Action group says,:

If there is any evidence that the White House requested (unauthorized taxpayer information), then people in the White House are going to be implicated,”
