Wacky Wednesday's Crazy Pics

Now, this is what you can call a team effort.
"Yeah, hon. I worked real hard today.

Hey Rover, can I eat please?

...And they think people want to buy their cameras from the devils spawn.

He will never live this photo down.

If you hit that tree, your an idiot.

I don't think it takes a genious to figure that one out.

Is this their way of saying Coke has gone straight to the shitter?

This may be the last time he tries to fix the line on his own again.

Oh shit, Did I do that?

Going through the drive through window is never a good idea while driving construction equipment.

A lesson to live by.

Father & Daughter

Father & Daughter

© Heather Twining

The bond between father and daughter happens instantly, starting right at birth,

When a father first lays eyes on his little girl he loves her more than anything on this earth,

When a daughter grows older her father is the first man she will love,

And the last one her father will have trouble letting go of,

In her eyes he is the closest thing to God, in her eyes he is a King,

To her father she means the world, she means everything.

When a daughter grows up to be an adult and mature,

Her father will always be there anytime she still needs dad to help her,

To give her advice or just-for anything she will ever need,

The bond between father and daughter is the most important bond indeed,

It cannot be broken when she finds a man, and become his wife,

It cannot be broken even in the ending of either ones life,

A daughter will always have the memories of her father, her best friend

This bond has a beginning, but there is never an end.

The bond between a father and daughter is so profound

The love shared is well renowned,

From the beginning of his daughters life, he is a changed man,

At that moment his life really just began.

From the moment their eyes meet,

two souls instantly become complete.

"I love you, Daddy"

Thank God For Big Sisters

Ahhhh...... (in case you didn't get it, that was a big sigh of relief), the dog is outside and doesn't want to come in and my oldest daughter took the kids to lunch and then swimming. I will have the whole house to myself with no noise. The television is off and the only sound you can hear is an airplane above and the sound of the fan. I had a headache by 10:40 am, yes am not pm. This house was a madhouse this morning, My two youngest were arguing with each other and complaining about everything more than usual this morning. Now, I get what my mother used to say "you kids can drive an iron man crazy." I get it now, it couldn't be more clear to me.
All mother's jinx their children. I was told growing up, "I hope your children turn out to be like you, so you will know just what I am going through." The jinxing stops here, I don't want my children's children to turn out screaming and fighting with one another all the time. That will make them my grandchildren and I will have to babysit them and visit with them. Then that just means I will still be dealing with the children fighting, even when I am old and gray. If I do, just please let me be deaf by that age and I will be able to just turn off my hearing aid when they start to fight and all I will be able to do is to sit back and laugh, because I won't be able to hear them.

Word Of The Day "Bonkers"

School is out for the summer and so are the kids. My house has seen a lot of traffic this week and it is getting difficult to keep up with all the little feet running in and out. Not to mention, our Gatorade, soda and snack stock is quickly depleting. With the exception of maybe one or two parents, most parents around here won't let children in the house to use the bathroom or get something to drink. So, where do they all head when they are out playing? To my house, because I don't have the heart to say they can't come in and use the bathroom or get something to drink. The other day, I was sitting and working at my computer and in comes my son with four other boys. They started walking through the living room and I was beginning to wonder when was the line of boys going to end for a minute. I don't get some parents, they don't have a problem with their child going to someone Else's house for bathroom breaks, drinks and snacks. But, they won't allow anyone else to even come in the house to use the bathroom if they all happen to be out playing by their house. I had so many kids coming in and out over the weekend and Monday and Tuesday. Finally Tuesday afternoon, I said no more kids in the house for the rest of the day. Because, even if they are two blocks away playing, they walk all the way over here for their bathroom break and to get something to drink. Our grocery bill always jumps up in the summer months when the kids get out of school. I think more parents should allow kids in to use the bathroom or to get something to drink to even things out a little bit. So, it doesn't put so much pressure on one parent. I would like to have a little chat with some of these parents.

Dreaming of Saturday

The kids being off from school is really confusing me. I woke up this morning thinking today was Saturday. I reached over in the bed and noticed my husband wasn't in the bed and thought, "Oh, he must have got up already", even though he had already gave me a kiss goodbye. Then when it  comes time for the kids to go back to school, I will have trouble waking up to the alarm clock again and I will be rushing everyone off to school.
