Whole grains, vitamins and minerals help fight cancer. Phytochemicals can be found in wild blueberries, black currents, muscadine grape juice, black rice, unpolished brown basmati rice, jasmine rice and black pasta. Phytochemicals are the active health-protecting compounds that are found as components of plants. A list of other cancer fighting foods can be found at The American Institute For Cancer Research.
